ORA Renewal Labs LLC (“ORA⁺,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) proudly stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product we create. Your satisfaction matters to us — and our Lifetime Guarantee reflects our confidence in both our formulation and your experience.

1. What the Lifetime Guarantee Covers

Our Lifetime Guarantee applies exclusively to authentic ORA⁺ products purchased directly from:

www.orarenewal.com, or
Authorized retail partners and verified marketplaces (e.g., our official TikTok Shop or Amazon Storefront).

It covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, for the lifetime of the product.

Examples of what is covered:

Defective seals or packaging at delivery
Damaged or incorrect items upon arrival
Verified product stability issues (e.g., discolored capsules, leaking, clumping) reported within the recommended shelf life

**2. What the Lifetime Guarantee Does Not Cover**

Our Lifetime Guarantee is not a satisfaction-or “no-questions-asked” refund and does not cover:

Normal product depletion through use or time
Dissatisfaction with results or flavor preferences
Misuse, neglect, or storage outside of our recommended conditions
Unauthorized resales, third-party listings, or counterfeit products
Products past their printed expiration date

To preserve fairness and prevent misuse, ORA Renewal Labs reserves the right to deny claims showing signs of abuse (e.g., repeated refund requests, reselling activity, or excessive claims inconsistent with reasonable consumer use).

3. How to Submit a Claim

To initiate a Lifetime Guarantee claim, please contact us at hello@orarenewal.com with:

Proof of purchase (order ID, date, or receipt),
Photos or video showing the product defect or issue, and
A brief description of the problem.

Upon verification, we may:

Replace the product with an identical item (subject to availability),
Provide store credit for the purchase amount, or
Offer an equivalent replacement if the original product is discontinued.

In certain cases, we may request that the defective product be returned for quality control review before replacement or credit is issued.

4. Limitations and Legal Rights

This policy represents a voluntary manufacturer guarantee, not a statutory warranty.

ORA Renewal Labs LLC’s liability is limited to the original purchase price of the covered product.
No agent, employee, or reseller is authorized to modify or extend this policy.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties; in such cases, you may have additional rights under applicable law.

5. Fraud Prevention & Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

Track claims for fraud prevention purposes,
Deny or revoke the Lifetime Guarantee in cases of abuse or fraudulent behavior, and
Update or discontinue the Lifetime Guarantee at any time, without notice, for new purchases.

Any modification will not affect products purchased prior to the effective date of the update.
